Supervize funguje jako nezĂĄvislĂĄ odbornĂĄ podpora pro profesionĂĄly, a to pĹedevĹĄĂm v oborech, kde se intenzivnÄ pracuje vztahem Äi s emocemi. OvĹĄem ve vÄtĹĄinÄ ĹĄkol pĹedstavuje supervize tĂŠmÄĹ neznĂĄmĂ˝ pojem, nebo naopak nenĂ sprĂĄvnÄ vyklĂĄdĂĄn. TakĂŠ proces zavedenĂ do ĹĄkoly je prozatĂm neprobĂĄdanou oblastĂ, od kterĂŠ ovĹĄem velmi vĂ˝znamnÄ odråŞà dalĹĄĂ vĂ˝voj jejĂ efektivita. CĂlem vĂ˝zkumnĂŠho ĹĄetĹenĂ bylo provĂŠst analĂ˝zu popsat souÄasnĂ˝ postoj pedagogickĂ˝ch pracovnĂkĹŻ ĹĄkolstvĂ k supervizi. K naplnÄnĂ výťe stanovenĂŠho cĂle byla pouĹžita metoda kvalitativnĂho charakteru, dotazovĂĄnĂ, technika neĹĂzenĂŠho rozhovoru. Osloveni byli pedagogiÄtĂ pracovnĂci (uÄitelĂŠ i ĹeditelĂŠ) ĹĄkolĂĄch PlzeĹskĂŠho kraje. VĂ˝sledky byly zpracovĂĄny metodou vytvĂĄĹenĂ trsĹŻ. poukazujĂ na alarmujĂcĂ fakt, Ĺže ani jednĂŠ ĹĄkole nebyla kvalitnÄ zavedena tudĂĹž zkuĹĄenosti nĂ jsou negativnĂ.
